Turn a long list of possibilities into a search that fits your everyday life.
Before browsing homes, separate your must-haves from the features you would simply like to have. Start with location, the rooms you need and the way you use your space.
Think through an ordinary week: commuting, school or childcare trips, errands and time outdoors. A home should work for those routines as well as for special occasions.
Keep notes after each viewing. Record what worked, what did not and which questions remain. Share those notes with your broker so the next round of properties is more focused.
Your priorities can change as you view homes. Revisit the list rather than forcing a property to fit it.
Discuss your home search ↗
Prepare your space and your information before the photography and showings begin.
Start by gathering information about your home: recent improvements, maintenance records and details about equipment or fixtures you expect to include in the sale.
Walk through the property with a fresh eye. Declutter busy surfaces, clean thoroughly and identify small maintenance items that need attention. Discuss larger projects with your broker before spending money.
Plan how showings will fit around your household. Consider pets, working from home and any rooms that need special preparation.
A preparation plan should reflect your property, timeline and budget. Discuss priorities with Pawan before choosing the work to undertake.
